Generic name: Tylosin Injection 20%
Composition: Each 1ml contains: Tylosin 100mg
Indication:
For the treatment of preventing and controling the diseases caused by mycoplasma in cattle, sheep,pig, poultry and etc. Such as bovine contagious pleuropneumonia, contagious caprine pleuropneumonia, swine's asthma, chicken's chronic respiratory disease(CRD), the infectious rhinitis and mycoplasma hyorhinis, mycoplasmose. Also used to treat the cattle mastitis, pneumonia, transportation fever , necrotic pododermatitis, as well as swines infectious pleuropneumonia, atrophic rhinitis and pigs dysentery.
Dosage and Administration:
For Intramuscular injection, single dose,
Calves, sheep, pig, dog and cat: 0.05-0.13ml/kg b.w (5-13mg/kg b.w), twice a day, for 5 consective days
Poultry: 0.25ml/kg b.w (25mg/kg b.w) , once a day, for 5 consective days.
Precaution:
(1) If tylosin meet iron, copper, aluminum, tin etc. may reduce their activity..
(2) Do not administer simultaneously with cardiac glycosides, due to the raise of their concentration in blood..
(3)Tylosin has antagonism and lincomycin ,do not simultaneously use
Withdrawal period:
Meat: 14 days
Milk: 5 days.
Packing: 50ml/glass bottle, 100ml/glass bottle
Storage: Tightly sealed, protect from light, store below 25ºC.
Shelf-life: 2 years
